The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of February 09, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #3 - 3010024 - Contingency Plan and all revisions maintained at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION: A copy of the contingency plan was not observed on-site during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.53 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain a copy of the contingency plan on-site and submit to all required local agencies. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #5 - 3020002 - Facility personnel are trained annually and maintain required documentation until <br /> closure. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not produce documentation during the inspection that demonstrates <br /> employees have complete hazardous waste training as specified in this section. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: New employees shall be trained within 180 days of hire and annually thereafter as <br /> specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16. The owner or operator shall maintain training <br /> records on current personnel until closure of the facility and training records on former employees for at least three <br /> years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance within the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training topics, <br /> date of training, job title, name of employee, written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee signed <br /> (or certified) record that documents the training. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 9 <br />
