The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of March 31, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#9-3010010-Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Designated facility signed and dated copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests (UHWM)were <br /> not found on-site. The missing manifests are: <br /> -030041388WAS, 5/5/2022 <br /> -015016624FLE, 5/25/2022 <br /> -030068435WAS, 8/8/2022 <br /> -030066904WAS, 10/28/2022 <br /> -030066949WAS, 11/16/2022 <br /> -030069972WAS, 11/29/2022 <br /> -008749911 SKS, 1/23/2023 <br /> -009131792SKS, 2/5/2024 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit an exception report to the <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 45 days if the destination facility signed manifest <br /> copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping.
