The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of March 31, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#26-3030012-Disposed of hazardous waste within 90 days of accumulation start date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 90 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -One blue metal 55 gallon drum located in the hazardous waste storage room was observed with an accumulation <br /> start date of 8/27/2022. <br /> -Two blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without accumulation start dates <br /> -Three blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without the hazardous waste labels, instead "Drained metal-clad used oil filters and Metal-Clad Fuel <br /> Filters Only!"observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a)a generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days or less (b)The <br /> beginning of the 90 day period is determined as follows: (1)if the generator does not generate more than 100 <br /> kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste(listed in section 66261.33(e))or one <br /> kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month,the 90 day period begins on the date the generator <br /> has accumulated 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of <br /> extremely hazardous waste; (2)if the generator generates more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one <br /> kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month,the <br /> 90-day period begins on the first date on which any amount of hazardous waste begins to accumulate during that <br /> month. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 90 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
