The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of March 31, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Drums labeled and lids placed onto drums, educated site to close drums after each use <br /> Violation#32-3030020-Inspects all hazardous waste containers at least weekly. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following facility hazardous waste containers are not inspected weekly: <br /> -One black metal 55 gallons drums containing used paper filters located in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> -One large table bin used to collect drained metal and paper filters used oil, observed in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area <br /> -One 8,000 gallon used oil tank observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> -Three blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without the hazardous waste labels, instead "Drained metal-clad used oil filters and Metal-Clad Fuel <br /> Filters Only!"observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container storage or transfer, at least <br /> weekly, looking for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the containment system caused by <br /> corrosion or other factors. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately,the following containers need to be properly managed.
