The release detection equipment testing was due in January 2026. Testing has not been completed and is one month <br />past due. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule the required testing and provide 72 hours notification to the EHD. <br />This is Repeated (Class 2) Violation. <br />#30 CA Code of Regulations 23 CCR 16 2613(c)(3), 2633, 2640(e), 2642(k), 2660(c) and (e), 2664; HSC 6.7 25284.2 <br />2031001 - Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as required, and records kept for 36 mths (TCR 9a) <br />OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to meet one or more of the following spill container requirements: install or maintain spill <br />container which is liquid-tight; has a minimum capacity of five gallons; has a functional drain valve or other method for the <br />removal of liquid from the spill container; is protected from galvanic corrosion; performed tightness test at installation, every 12 <br />months thereafter, and within 30 days after a repair; tested to confirm liquid capacity is no less than five gallons; tested by a <br />certified UST service technician ; maintain testing records for 36 months.
