Responsible persons has <br /> changed with new owner and has not been updated in CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 CA Code of Regulations 2632(d)(2), 2634(e)2010014- Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Response <br /> Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION:The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD.
