A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> CQLJIVTY AMENDED <br /> 8/12/2025 <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TRACY PETROLEUM INC 950 W ELEVENTH ST, TRACY August 05 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> OBSERVATION:The annual operating permit is not issued to the current operator and there is no written agreement <br /> between the person who was issued the permit and the operator to monitor the UST system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If a permit is issued to a person other than the operator of the tank,that person shall enter <br /> into a written agreement with the operator of the tank to monitor the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately upload the written agreement to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 8/21/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 9/20/2024. This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written <br /> response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be <br /> taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended and <br /> replaces the initial report. Violations number 29, 55 and 69 were removed. Violations 13, and 59 were added. <br /> Violations 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 14, 53, 67, 70, and 77 were amended. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1,2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179).
