Currently, there is a 9,000 gallon capacity tank for Anhydrous Ammonia, a regulated substance. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Complete and electronically submit the Business Activities Page and/or Business Owner <br />Operator Identification Page. <br />This is a (Minor) Violation. <br />10 HSC 6.95 25506, 25505(a)(1), 25508(a)(1), 25508(a)(3) 1010004-Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory <br />information electronically submitted <br />OBSERVATION: The business failed to electronically submit complete and accurate chemical inventory information for <br />all hazardous materials on site at or above reportable quantities. <br />- At the time of inspection, 4 blue 55-gallon poly drums of "ALL-IN-ONE BOILER TREATMENT" were found in the boiler <br />room.
