All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The skimmers lacked the following: <br />-Five o-rings <br />-One float valve <br />-Six weirs <br />Install all parts to the skimmers within two days. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: One influent meter was observed non-operational. Repair/replace influent meter within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
