All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #4 Safety Equipment <br />OBSERVATIONS: Body hook is detached from the pole. When installed, it is not properly secured. Provide safe body hook <br />attached and secured to 12 Ft pole. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained, readily visible, and available for use. Pools shall have at <br />minimum one 12 foot fixed-length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17-inch life ring with an attached throw <br />rope. Throw rope shall be of sufficient length to span the maximum width of the pool and shall be stored to prevent kinking or fouling. <br />(CCR 65540) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Influent gauge is not accurate. Replace gauge in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
