Below are the responses for each item you requested: UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST)VIOLATIONS (2/26/2026 INSPECTION) #5 (2011013)The most current response plan will be kept on site at all times. #6 (2011008) Current financial responsibility documents will be maintained on site at all times. #12 (2011017)Test results will be submitted to UST@sjgov.org within the required timeframe for all future testing. #16 (2031004)We understand the violation will remain open until all permitted work is completed.We will ensure the float and chains are replaced with sensors as required and will be ready for the scheduled inspection on 4/29/2026. #34 (2031017) 1. Designated Operators will follow all inspection requirements and ensure all information on DO reports is accurate. 2. DO reports will be signed by the owner/operator within the required timeframe. #38 (2011003) Acknowledged as corrected on site. #40 (2011002) Acknowledged as closed on 3/31/2026. A copy of the records will be retained on site (paper or electronic). #44 (2031031) Corrective actions will be submitted within the required timeframe.
