Owner paid accidently paid permit renewal fee prior to <br />change of owner paperwork. <br />OBSERVATIONS: Measured the hot water at the 2 comp sink and mop sink at 106 F. Provide hot water at 120 F minimum at <br />these sinks. Correct today. <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed milk containers and other drink containers stored inside ice machine with ice. Remove items as <br />they contaminate the ice used for consumption.
