13. BLAST REPORTS <br /> Individual blast reports shall be prepared for each blast.Blast reports shall include the following: <br /> 13.1. Blast date,time,and location.]. <br /> 13.2. Blast geometry,including,but not limited to,hole size(s),hole depths,drill pattern,number of <br /> holes,bench height,and sub-drilling. <br /> 13.3. Blasthole loading summaries,including typical hole loads,explosive types,primers,detonator <br /> delays,stemming type and quantity,and total explosive consumption by product. <br /> 13.4. Shot volume and powder factor calculations. <br /> 13.5. Initiation timing scheme, including in-hole delays, surface delays, and planned hole firing <br /> times. <br /> 13.6. Blast effect monitoring data(if applicable), such as ground vibration levels, air overpressure, <br /> and peak water pressures [IF APPLICABLE]. <br /> 13.7.
