Condor proposes to seal the soil vapor probes by
removing the tubing as much as practical, filling the void spaces with neat cement grout, and restoring to
the ground surface with a concrete or asphalt cap, as appropriate. A summary of the soil vapor probes and
their construction details are included in Table 3,below.
Table 3: Well Construction Details—Soil Vapor Wells
Boring Casing Total Sand Pack Depth Estimated Neat
Well ID Diameter Diameter Depth Interval Cement
(inches) (inches) (feet) (feet below surface) (gallons)
VP-1 3 0.25 6.5 5-6.5 <1 f
NO V,P-2 3 0.25 6.5 5-6.5 <1
3 0.25 6.5 5-6.5 <1 ✓
VP-4 3 0.25 6.5 5-6.5 <1 Cu aC6E
VP-5 3 0.25 1 6.5 1 5-6.5 <1 y MC
8.0 REPORTING
Condor will prepare a technical report summarizing the well destruction methods and results will be
prepared and submitted to Central Valley Water Board and to GeoTracker, the online data management
system.
9.0 LIMITATIONS
This Work Plan was prepared under the direct supervision of a Professional Geologist licensed in the State
of California.
