(AGI) has prepared this Well Destruction Work Plan for the property <br /> located at 1607 Turnpike Road, Stockton, California (site or subject property). The scope <br /> of work includes the destruction of twenty (20) monitoring and remediation wells. Well <br /> and soil boring locations are illustrated in the attached Figure. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Dustin Saccone, AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Well <br /> Destruction Work Plan (Work Plan) for the destruction of twenty (20) groundwater <br /> monitoring wells at 1607 Turnpike Road, Stockton, California (site). The groundwater <br /> monitoring wells are single-completed wells with 2 to 4-inch diameter well casings in 8 to <br /> 10-inch diameter boreholes. <br /> This Work Plan was prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) letter dated 20 September 2022. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> As required, a health and safety plan will be prepared in accordance with Occupational <br /> Safety and Health Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste Site Activities (National <br /> Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency, 1985). Prior to drilling activities, each proposed drilling <br /> location will be clearly marked, and utility clearance obtained through Underground <br /> Service Alert. Well abandonment/destruction permits will be obtained from the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). An encroachment permit will <br /> be obtained from the City of Stockton for the well in the right-of-way.
