The case <br /> is located at 1607 Turnpike Road in Stockton (Site). Central Valley Water Board staff mailed <br /> the Public Notice letter to the required parties. The 60-day public participation comment period <br /> for the proposed case closure has ended, and staff did not receive any comments. <br /> Before the case can be closed, all wells installed for the purpose of investigating, remediating, <br /> or monitoring the unauthorized release shall be properly destroyed. Any waste piles, drums, <br /> debris and other investigation or remediation derived materials shall be removed from the Site <br /> and property managed in accordance with regulatory agency requirements. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) maintains jurisdictional <br /> authority for well destruction. Please obtain all applicable permits and clearances required by <br /> SJCEHD to properly destroy all Site investigation and remediation wells. By <br /> 5 December 2022, please submit a well destruction report that includes the well destruction <br /> logs and permit. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this case.
