SUPPLEMENTAL SITE INVESTIGATION WORK PLAN
South Pointe Property
Stockton, California
Introduction
1 .0 INTRODUCTION
Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (Stantec) has prepared this Supplemental Site Investigation
Work Plan (Work Plan) on behalf of the City of Stockton for soil and groundwater assessment at
the South Pointe property located at 701, 705, 833, and 855 West Weber Avenue, City of
Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (the 'property' or 'site'). The City of Stockton entered
into a Standard Voluntary Agreement (SVA) with the Department of Toxic Substances Control
(DTSC) for the Site as outlined in the Docket No. HSA-FY21/22-122 executed on April 4, 2022. The
site is an Equitable Communities Revitalization Grant (ECRL) Environmental Cleanup project.
The scope of work for the supplemental investigation presented herein was developed in
consultation with DTSC staff during previous scoping meetings and is based in part on DTSC
comments to the draft Supplemental Work Plan prepared by Stantec and submitted to DTSC on
October 21, 2022 (Stantec, 2022). DTSC comments were received December 27, 2022 and are
integrated into this Work Plan.Soil and groundwater data generated during this supplemental
investigation will be used to develop the Removal Action Work Plan (RAW) for the site.
1.1
