The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for MORADA FARMING COMPANY as of February 19, 2026. <br />Open violations from October 29, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #10 - 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically <br />submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: One 55 gallon used oil filters and one 55 gallon motor oil were found on site that have not been <br />reported to CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 1 of 1
