No fly population was observed on the perimeter or within the boundaries of the property. <br />4. Litter observed in area where transfer trucks close tarps. Operator notes litter is from <br />process of closing trucks. Litter cleaned up periodically throughout the day and placed in <br />dumpster. At end of day litter cleaned up thoroughly. <br />5. Vegetation on the property was low - medium height. Operator noted that the vegetation is <br />going to be sprayed, and that the last known update of when this was to occur was late <br />January or Early February. <br />6. No tracking was observed at the exits of the facility. <br />7. No odor was observed at the parking lot of the facility, and a light odor was noted at the <br />MRF and Transfer Station. <br />8. Operator noted the facility is still in the process of fixing the roof leak in the MRF. At the time <br />of inspection no water was observed within the MRF. <br />9.
