is operating within compliance. Reviewed Daily Inbound and Outbound tonnages, load <br />checks, special occurrence logs, and daily vehicle counts. <br />2. Litter was observed north of the MRF. Operator noted this area is where transfer trucks <br />park to close their tarps after being loaded. As a result, some waste falls off of the trucks, but <br />the area is cleaned up regularly and waste is placed in the dumpster directly adjacent to the <br />area where the litter was observed. <br />3. No dust was noted during the inspection. Misters at the transfer station were off during the <br />inspection. <br />4. No fly population or any other vectors were observed in the facility, or at the property <br />boundaries. <br />5. Vegetation was noted at an estimated 2 ft height throughout the facility. Operator noted that <br />the facility is in the process of scheduling maintenance for the vegetation. <br />6. No odor was noted throughout majority of the facility. Light odor was noted within the <br />immediate area of the transfer station. <br />7. Site security observed in good condition. <br />8. The leak in the roof of the MRF has yet to be repaired. Operator noted the leak has not <br />caused a safety issue as there was only 1 day of major rain within the last month. Facility <br />currently reviewing 2 quotes to have the leak fixed. <br />9. All employees within the transfer station were observed with the proper PPE. <br />10. No tracking was observed at the exits of the facility. <br />11.
