Fire extinguishers distributed around the facility are tested and charged. <br /> 5. Drainage control: Recycling center is covered and the building perimeter is dry without <br /> water ponding. <br /> 6. Misters were operating over the tipping floor to mitigate dust. <br /> 7. No hazardous, medical or liquid waste was observed on the tipping floor. There is a <br /> collection and storage area for hazardous wastes such as paint, lead acid batteries and used <br /> oil. <br /> 8. No litter was observed around the recycling center building. <br /> 9. Noise coming from the recycling center is minimal and there are no nearby neighbors. <br /> 10. No vectors observed in or near the recycling center. <br /> 11. Traffic is adequately controlled with one-way roads, signs and site personnel. <br /> 12. The tipping floor was being repaired during the inspection. Operations were continuing <br /> around the repair area. The LEA was notified by email and the special occurrences log <br /> included documentation. <br /> 13.
