COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: Date: 10/07/2024 <br />Address: 0 Santa Fe , RIVERBANK <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: () - <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO2400455 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Complainant states a taco truck is set up selling tacos on Santa Fe Rd and Henry Rd. Complainant states they are selling at <br />the location, with a shade tent and picnic table, all the time with no available bathrooms, on a residential property. <br />Complainant states the location is causing traffic problems . Complainant also states the taco truck used be at the Santa Fe <br />Market across the street but moved approximately 2 weeks ago to this current location. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br /> #62 Lack of Proper Restroom Facilities <br />OBSERVATIONS: Mobile food facility is using portable rest room located by the truck. MFF is parked in the parking lot of a <br />private dwelling. Portable rest room is not allowed to be used by MFF employees. Provide rest room verification letter of a <br />commercial facility with approved restroom as mentioned in the code below. Correct today. <br />*A FOOD FACILITY shall be operated within 200 feet travel distance of an APPROVED and readily available toilet and <br />handwashing facility, or as otherwise APPROVED by the ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, to ensure that restroom facilities are <br />available to facility EMPLOYEEs whenever the MOBILE FOOD FACILITY is stopped to conduct business for more than a <br />one-hour period. (CRFC 114315. a) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The mobile food facility is stopped in one location for more than one hour and is not within 200 feet of an <br />approved, readily available, toilet and handwashing facility.
