Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available OBSERVATIONS: MAJOR VIOLATION: Maximum water temperature for the facility was 65 F. Repair/replace hot water heater to maintain 120 F minimum. Heat water by alternate means to 120 F for warewashing and 100 F for hand washing until hot water heater has been repaired. Install a self-closing device within seven days. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet.
