The Knowles <br /> property(the Site)is situated southwest of your property,at 1120 West Hammer Lane(APN 07749025). <br /> The reason for this request is to satisfy the requirements of the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board(RWQCB)pertaining to an environmental investigation for the Site. Stratus has attached a copy of <br /> RWQCB's Well Destruction Request letter for your records. The proposed scope of work C the work") <br /> consists of destroying all groundwater monitoring wells associated with the Site. Stratus has attached a <br /> map showing the wells to be destroyed. <br /> Pending your concurrence,Stratus will destroy monitoring well MW-13,located on your property. No <br /> monetary charges associated with permitting,performing the well destruction,or reporting of the results <br /> will be incurred by you. Data from the well destruction event will be provided to you,and to the RWQCB, <br /> in conjunction with reporting requirements necessary to fulfill the RWQCB's closure process of the <br /> environmental case. <br /> Stratus has enclosed two copies of this access agreement letter.
