The map shows a spill kit located in the facility office. No spill kit was <br />observed on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map is required that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit <br />points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, <br />if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />Inspector Phone: <br />(209) 616-3067 <br />Inspector: <br />Lynsey Sammons, REHS <br />Date: 2/20/2026 <br />Printed Name and Title: <br />Armando Padilla, Director of <br />Operations <br />Received by: <br />AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS <br />FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Overall Inspection Comments <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br />by March 22, 2026. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
