(AGI) has prepared this Phase 11 Environmental Site Assessment <br /> Work Plan for the property located at 40 South Union Street, Stockton, California. This <br /> work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) application for a boring/well permit. The site and surrounding <br /> area are illustrated in Figure 1. On-site structures and proposed boring locations are <br /> illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> As part of a potential property transfer, AGI will advance borings at the site for the <br /> collection of soil and soil-vapor samples. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND PROCEDURES <br /> AGI proposes to advance a total of four borings to depths of 10 feet (bsg)for the collection <br /> of soil samples and four (4) borings to depths of 5 feet bsg for the collection of soil-vapor <br /> samples. Proposed boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment drilling permits will be obtained from the EHD.
