1&petralogix
SITE INVESTIGATION WORK PLAN
FORMER D&D FLYING SERVICE
600 NORTH HOLT ROAD
STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA
APN: 131-210-20
(Site I.D. No. SLT5SO53744)
LIMITATIONS
The proposed work plan is intended to be an interactive process.Additional work may be required
to more fully assess the extent of contamination in soil and groundwater. The purpose of a site
investigation is to reasonable characterize existing site conditions based on the geology and
hydrogeology of the area. In performing such a study, it is generally understood that a balance must
be obtained between an exhaustive analysis of each conceivable environmental characteristic and a
reasonable inquiry into the site conditions.
No investigation is thorough enough to describe all geologic/hydrogeologic conditions of interest at
any given site. Contaminants not identified during the study should not be construed as a guarantee
of the absence of such conditions at the site, but rather a limitation of the scope of services
performed within the scope, limitations, and cost of the work authorized by the client.
Opinions and recommendations contained in this workplan apply to conditions existing when
services were performed and are intended only for the client, purposes, locations, time frames, and
project parameters indicated. We are not responsible for the impacts of any changes in
environmental standards, practices, or regulations subsequent to performance of services. We do
not warrant the accuracy of information supplied by others, nor the use of segregated portions of
this work plan.
The material and data in this report were prepared under the supervision and direction of the
undersigned.
PETRALOGIX ENGINEERING, INC.
gXpHA4 Q'o
O p
oEE`'SENEE co n Daniel Edward 4
ye PR y • Kramar
No
t Y N0.10096
m N $657 `r
Sl Q 00 CAL1F
' 9TFOf CAL\F .
Tonya R.
