(Arcades) on behaff of Chevron Environmental Management Company <br /> (CEMC) for 401 North San Jose Street in Stackton (Site). CEMC submitted the Action Plan <br /> pursuant to are Central Valley Water Board staff 8 November 2021 letter. The purpose of <br /> the Action Plan is to reassess the path to closure due to sail vapor confirmation samples <br /> that exceeded commercial add residential screening levels following soil excavation. <br /> CEMC will re-engage the property owner for 401 North San Jose Street regarding a <br /> passible land use Covenant that would limit future development at the property. Based on <br /> the outcome of discussions with the property caner, Arcades may propose additional <br /> me ination that could Include a multiphase extraction event to decrease soil vapor <br /> cencentrations.
