Environmental Health Department <br />Telephone: (209) 239-8676 Owner/Operator: PARK PLACE SPA <br />Inspection Type: Routine <br />Address: 1257 CROM ST, MANTECA 95336 <br />Date: 07/03/2025Name of Facility:PARK PLACE APARTMENTS <br />Reinspection on or after: <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Program Element: 3611 - PUBLIC POOL/SPA - PRIMARY <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid is above 100ppm. Provide cyanuric acid 1 ppm - 100 ppm. Correct at the end of the season. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Chemical logs are not maintained. Maintain chemicals logs daily. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per <br />day. Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often <br />as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test <br />results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: One of the pool skimmers is lacking weir gate. Provide weir gate in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Influent gauge is stuck. replace gauge in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
