All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine was below 3 PPM. Wading pool is closed for repairs at this time . Before opening wading pool <br />ensure that chlorine is adjusted to 3 PPM to 10 PPM. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br />maintain the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br />cyanuric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to <br />10.0 ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #21 Water Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: Water level was below the skimmer . Wading pool is closed at this time for repair . The water level of the <br />pool shall be maintained at a level that will allow continuous removal of surface debris through the pool skimming system. <br />Correct prior to opening wading pool. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The pool operator shall ensure that the pool water is maintained at a level that will allow continuous <br />removal of surface debris through the pool skimming system.
