All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public <br /> health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual MAJ( <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine is 0.2 ppm. Provide free chlorine 3ppm-10ppm. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Public pools,when open or in use,shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br /> maintain the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid,2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br /> cyanuric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas,wading pools,and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations:3.0 ppm to <br /> 10.0 ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br /> This is(Major)Violation. <br /> #16 Water Clarity MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Pool water is turbid and bottom drain is not clearly visible from the deck. Provide clear water to be able to <br /> see clearly the bottom of the pool. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain clear pool water while pool is in use or shall close the pool if the bottom of the <br /> pool at the maximum depth is not clearly visible from the deck.(CCR 65527) <br /> This is(Major)Violation. <br /> #9 Ladders and Handrails <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Single handrail is unsecured. Secure handrail today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:A means of entry and exit shall be provided at both the shallow and deep end of the pool.Ladders and <br /> handrails shall be corrosion resistant and shall be rigidly installed.At least one handrail shall extend from the deck to not less than a <br /> point above the top of the lowest step. Handrails shall be installed between 28 to 36 inches above the steps and deck.(CBC 3111 B) <br /> Pool operator shall keep ladders and handrails well maintained.(CCR 65535) <br /> This is(Minor-Food)Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br /> OBSERVATIONS:One of the skimmers is lacking weir gate.
