Walls, fences, and other structures must be installed at locations that do not affect the safe <br /> operation of PG&E's facilities. No wall, fence, or other like structure may be installed within 10 feet <br /> of tower footings. <br /> c. It is the contractor's responsibility to be aware of and observe the minimum clearances for both <br /> works and equipment operating near high voltage electrical lines. <br /> d.
