Any amount but not limited to the following hazardous waste;hazardous material spills, <br /> used oil,used oil filters,used oil-contaminated absorbenUdebris,waste antifreeze,used <br /> batteries or other universal waste, etc.—Hazardous Waste Program(Health&Safety <br /> Code(HSC)Sections 25404&25180 at sec.) <br /> b. Onsite treatment of hazardous waste — Hazardous Waste Treatment Tiered <br /> Permitting Program (HSC Sections 25404 & 25200 et sec. & California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),Title 22,Section 67450.1 at sec.) <br /> c. Reportable quantities of hazardous materials-reportable quantities are 55 gallons or <br /> more of liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases, with <br /> some exceptions.Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to be reported <br /> as a hazardous material if storing 1,200 cubic feet(137 pounds)or more onsite in San <br /> Joaquin County — Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program (HSC Sections <br /> 25508&25500 at sec.) <br /> d.
