In accordance with that agreement, the Applicant has agreed to: I) SJMSCP Incidental Take Minimization Measures and mitigation requirement: I, Incidental Take Minfmixanion Measures(ITMMS)will be issued to the project and oast be signed by the project applicant prior to any ground disturbance but no later than six(6)nadhs from receipt of the ITMMS. if ITMMS am not signed within six months,the applicant noun reapply for SJMSCP Coverage.
