Per the CUP,the project consists of a 4,043.52 <br /> kilowatt ground mounted photovoltaic system on 14.47 acres(Project). The Project is <br /> located at 15200 East Lone Tree Road in Escalon,CA. <br /> The District offers the following comments at this time regarding the Project: <br /> 1) Protect Related Emissions <br /> At the federal level under the National Ambient Air Quality Standards(NAAQS), the <br /> District is designated as extreme nonattainment for the 8-hour ozone standards and <br /> serious nonattainment for the particulate matter less than 2.5 microns in size <br /> (PM2.5)standards.
