Pf ilClfiC rB.S 8Nf Pacific Gas and Electric Company
act Metric, adPGEPIanRevierv@pgc,com
Company Land Managcnront
300 Lakeside Drive
Onklmtd,CA 94612
March 23,2026
Re:PA-2600014(C)
Dear San Joaquin County Planning,
Thank you for providing PG&E the opportunity to review your proposed plans For PA-2600014
(C). Our review indicates the proposed work and/or improvements appear to interfere with
PG&E's existing facilities and land rights.
PG&E has existing electric transmission lower lines in the vicinity of this project location as
identified on the plans provided. No buildings or other structures will be permitted within the
easement area. Cuts, trenches or excavations may not be made within 25 feet of PG&E towers. '..
PG&E engineers must review grade changes in the vicinity of our towers. No fills will be
allowed which would impair ground-to-conductor clearances. Walls, fences, and other structures
must be installed at locations that do not affect the safe operation of PG&'s facilities. Heavy
equipment access to our facilities mast be maintained at all times. No wall, fence or other like
structure is to be installed within 10 feet of tower footings. Since construction activity is
proposed to take place near PG&E's overhead electric lines, please be advised it is the
contractor's responsibility to be aware of,and observe the minimum clearances fa'both workers
and equipment operating near high voltage electric lines.
To request delineation maps for review of PG&E's existing facilities, please submit to the
following mailbox for gas maps: Del ineatioiiMapRNtiests nge.conn. For electric maps, submit
through PG&E's JUMP Portal: Joint Use Map Portal. Please note, when a request is submitted,
the Delineation Team will confirm if a Nondisclosure Agreement needs to be completed.
For any requests to modify or relocate PG&E's existing facilities,or to request gas and/or
electric service, please submit an application to PG&E's Service Planning department through
PG&E's Your Project Portal: Sign n In (yomyroiects-uee.com).
As a reminder, before any digging or excavation occurs, please contact Underground Service
Alert(USA) by dialing 811 a minimum of two (2)working days prior to commencing any wo4c.
This free and independent service will ensure that all existing underground utilities are identified
and marked on-site.
If you have any questions regarding this response, please contact me at
Matthieu.MeNath@pge.com
Sincerely,
Mathieu McNair
Land Management
