All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: The flowmeter float was observed stuck at the bottom. Repair/replace flowmeter so that it is in good working <br />order within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: The influent meter was observed damaged. Repair/replace influent meter so that it is in good working order <br />within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
