The parcel is identified by Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) <br /> 213-20-006 and is approximately 468.6 acres in area. Currently the APN is listed with a site <br /> address of 16601 Riptide Way. The APN and address were identified using the San Joaquin <br /> County online GIS database. <br /> The well to be removed is identified as MWR-9, as shown in Exhibit 1, below. Review of records <br /> available utilizing the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department public records <br /> database indicated that the well was installed in 1999 by Kleinfelder, Inc. The well has been <br /> historically used to periodically record depths to groundwater.
