Soil Boring Work Plan
MUHAMMED PROPERTY - TAYLOR AUTOMOTIVE
3932 East Fremont Street, Stockton, California
1.0. INTRODUCTION
AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Soil Boring Work Plan (Work Plan) for the
Limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessment at 3932 East Fremont Street, Stockton,
California (the site). The purpose of this Work Plan is to outline the procedures for the
advancement of five soil borings to investigate potential petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted
soil related to historical service station operations.
The borings will be located near areas of environmental concern, including former
underground storage tanks (USTs) and an in-ground clarifier (or oil/water separator).
Structures and soil boring locations are illustrated in the attached Site Plan (Figure 2).
2.0. PROCEDURES
A total of five soil borings will be advanced using direct-push drilling or hollow-stem
auger techniques, as appropriate, to the following estimated depths. Five borings to 12
feet below surface grade (bsg) near two former UST areas and an in-ground clarifier
(131 and 135)
Soil samples will be collected continuously or at 5-foot intervals, logged, screened with a
photoionization detector (PID), and submitted to a California-certified laboratory for
analysis of petroleum hydrocarbons and related constituents.
Upon completion, borings will be backfilled with neat cement grout to near-surface grade,
and surface restoration will match existing conditions (e.g., concrete or asphalt).
Investigation-derived waste, including soil cuttings and rinseate, will be containerized and
properly disposed of at a licensed facility.
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact our office at
(800) 511-9300.
Sincerely,
SS Ors° C;
AdvancedGeo, Inc. 0E``1-t ° c°Fc
a N0.6709 n
,EAAq
Rebecca E.
