The Site Plan has been <br /> revised to reflect the relocation of the driveway on the north side, giving access to Arch <br /> Airport Road with a right out only egress; located on the southeast corner of Qantas <br /> Lane and Arch Airport Road, Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 1) <br /> OWNER: County of San Joaquin APPLICANT: Site Design Collaborative <br /> ADDRESS: 4874 Qantas Lane, Stockton APN: 177-260-47 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Qantas Lane has an existing and planned right-of-way per the Stockton Metropolitan Airport <br /> Special Purpose Plan. <br /> Arch-Airport Road has an existing and planned right-of-way width per the City of Stockton. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) An encroachment permit issued by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works <br /> shall be required for all work within County rights-of-way (Development Title Sections 9- <br /> 607.020 and 9-607.040) <br /> 2) A City of Stockton encroachment permit shall be required for all work within City of <br /> Stockton's right-of-way.
