The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6) Prior to release of the building permit the applicant shall submit the Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP)to Public Works. A copy of the approved SWPPP and all <br /> required records, updates, test results and inspection reports shall be maintained on the <br /> construction site and be available for review upon request. <br />
