The following <br /> requirements are required to be met prior to any construction or demolition of the <br /> property: <br /> 1. Prior to construction, applicant shall submit construction documents to the SJC Building <br /> Department and to South San Joaquin County Fire Authority for review and approval. <br /> a. Construction documents shall be designed to the current edition of the California <br /> Code of Regulations, Title 24, as amended by the South San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Authority. <br /> b. Separate submittals for onsite fire protection water supply (fire water storage tank), <br /> shall be listed on the coversheet. Each separate submittal shall be submitted <br /> directly to SSJCFA for review and approval prior to installation. <br /> c. Private fire protection water supply application must be submitted separately from <br /> the construction permit. All piping and installation shall be in accordance with 2025 <br /> California Fire Code §507 & applicable NFPA Standards. <br /> 2. Engineering and building permit applications received by our offices are subject to the <br /> current fee schedule for South San Joaquin County Fire Authority. Contact our offices for <br /> additional information. <br /> a. Application processing fees, along with minimum plan review and fire inspection <br /> fees, shall be paid at the time construction documents are submitted. <br />
