De Vries Road, Lodi <br /> 4) Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.020(e) <br /> prior to recordation of Parcel Map. <br /> 5) On March 25, 2026, work without permits was observed on a well at the property. Under <br /> permit from The Environmental Health Department, destroy the well or obtain a pump <br /> replacement permit prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Well Standards <br /> Section 2.2). A double-fee may be incurred on the permit application. <br /> 6) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-605.010). <br /> 7) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 601.010(b) and 9-601.020(i)). <br /> 1868 E.
