McMahan BACKGROUND <br /> Subjea: Due Diligence Geotechnial and Limited Environmental Investigation Work Plan Site 47 is an approximately 42-acre parcel located on Rough and Ready Island within the Port of <br /> Site 47 Stockton in Stockton, California. The property largely consists of vacant, unpaved land overgrown with <br /> Rough and Ready Island vegetation with several concrete pads and small structures in the vicinity of a former skeet/trap <br /> Port of Stockton shooting range in the northeast portion of the property and unoccupied buildings and adjacent <br /> Stockton, California abandoned tennis and basketball courts located on the eastem edge of the property. An overgrown <br /> model airplane landing strip and one unoccupied building exist in the central portion of Site 47.
