ladings with the assistance of Partner. Upon approval of the on-site property manager, the drummed IDW <br /> will be temporarily staged along the south-southwestern boundary of the Site. The drummed IDW will be <br /> transported for appropriate off-site disposal within 90 calendar days of material generation. <br /> Detailed field records will be developed to document the source and volume of the drill cuttings. The <br /> rinsate and cuttings will be transported by Belshire Environmental Services, Inc. of Foothill Ranch <br /> California, soil will be disposed at U.S. Ecology in Beatty, Nevada and the rinsate will be disposed at <br /> Demenno-Kerdoon in Compton, California. These facilities are permitted by the State of Nevada and <br /> California for disposal and recycling of waste from sites associated with VOCs and TPH. Characterization <br /> and profiling for disposal of the drummed IDW generated as part of the Site characterization of the <br /> Quality Dry Cleaners will be accomplished by collection and analysis of VOCs by EPA Method 8260B. <br /> Characterization and profiling for disposal of the drummed IDW generated as part of the site <br /> characterization of the 1991 petroleum hydrocarbon release will be accomplished by collection and <br /> analysis of VOCs by EPA Method 8260B, TPH-cc by EPA Method 8015B, and total lead by EPA Method <br /> 6020. <br /> 7.0 SITE CHARACTERIZATION REPORT <br /> A Site characterization report will provide the formal documentation of field investigation activities. The <br /> purpose of the Site characterization report will be to provide the final results of the field investigations <br /> and will contain the following: <br /> • Site history; <br /> • Physical setting and Site features; <br /> • Elements of the CSM, including: <br /> o Extent of contamination in all affected media, (i.e., groundwater, soil, soil <br /> gas, indoor air, surface water, bedrock); <br /> o Contaminant fate and transport; <br /> o Points of exposure and receptors (human and ecological); <br /> o A description of Site geology and hydrogeology; <br /> o Cumulative monitoring data; <br /> o Cumulative water elevations; <br /> o Well screen elevations and other well construction details; and, <br /> o Current and future uses, including beneficial uses of groundwater; <br /> • Description of the field work conducted; <br /> • Investigation results; <br /> • An evaluation of the sufficiency of investigation with respect to meeting DQOs; <br /> • Summary of field and laboratory QA/QC and analytical laboratory reports; <br /> • Description of the handling, storage, management, and disposal of <br /> IDW (and manifests); <br /> • Deviations from the work plan and corrective actions taken (if any); <br /> • Field forms; and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations (including an assessment of data gaps). <br /> Sampling and Analysis Plan <br /> Tracy Corners Shopping Center <br /> 3225 North Tracy Boulevard <br /> Tracy,California 95376 <br /> Partner Project Number SM14-129814 <br /> Docket Number HAS-VCA 14/15-108 <br /> August 15,2016 <br /> Page 26 <br />
