Screening Levels for Volatile Compounds in Ambient Air using the procedures outlined in HERO HHRA Note 5. 8.0 SCHEDULE Partner is prepared to initiate activities in this Workplan once the appropriate approvals and permits have been obtained. A Workplan implementation schedule is included in Appendix D. 9.0 REPORTING Partner will submit a draft Site Characterization Report as outlined in Section 7.0 of the SAP. 10.0 LIMITATIONS This Workplan was prepared by Partner under the professional direction and review of the registered professional(s) listed. The work described herein was proposed in accordance with generally accepted professional engineering and geologic practice. The work cited herein includes observations of Site conditions encountered and the analytical results provided by an independent third-party laboratory of samples collected during the course of the project. The number and location of samples were selected to provide the required information. However, it cannot be assumed that the limited available data are representative of subsurface conditions in areas not sampled. All conclusions and/or recommendations are based on the observations, laboratory analyses, and the governing regulations. Conclusions and/or recommendations beyond those stated and reported herein should not be inferred from this document. Partner warrants that the environmental consulting services proposed herein will be accomplished in accordance with generally accepted practices in the environmental engineering, geology, and hydrogeology fields that existed at the time and location of work. No other warranties are implied or expressed. Reports,both verbal and written, as they pertain to the above referenced property are for the sole use and benefit of SLP and/or the DTSC.
