Limited Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan
AIRESOURCES TECHNOLOGIES PROPERTY
2769 Teepee Drive, Stockton, California
1.0. INTRODUCTION
Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this, Limited Phase 11 Site
Assessment Work Plan for the property located at 2769 Teepee Drive, Stockton
California (subject property). The proposed scope of work includes the advancement of
eight (8) borings for the collection of soil samples.
The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. A site plan depicting the proposed
boring locations is presented in Figure 2.
2.0. BACKGROUND
AGE completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the subject property. The
Phase I identified several areas of concern, including a truck wash and sump area,
former in-ground wash water tank area, an on-site septic system, discharge piping and
drain sumps.
Based upon the identified areas of concern, AGE has recommended the performance of
a ground-penetrating radar (GPR) survey and limited site assessment to evaluate if
historical site activities have impacted the subsurface at the property.
3.0. SCOPE OF WORK
Based on historical use, site assessment has been recommended to determine if
petroleum constituents have impacted the subsurface at the site. For this investigation,
AGE proposes to advance eight (8) soil borings for the collection of soil samples.
The proposed scope of work includes the following tasks:
• Permitting and pre-field work activities.
• GPR survey.
• Soil boring advancement and sample collection.
• Boring abandonment.
• Report preparation.
Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below.
