(Haley&Aldrich) is <br /> submitting to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SICEHD)this Work Plan for Limited <br /> Phase II Investigation(Work Plan)for the property located at 30707 Corral Hollow Road in Tracy, <br /> California (APN 253-03-015; referred to herein as the"Property"or"Site"; Figure 1).This Work Plan <br /> summarizes the proposed environmental sampling methodologies and is being submitted to SJCEHD to <br /> comply with their drilling permitting requirements. <br /> Project Background <br /> The Site is currently owned by Tracy Parcel Three and consists of vacant, undeveloped land located in an <br /> area of mixed use agricultural/vacant and residential development properties. In August 2019, Haley& <br /> Aldrich performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and a Geophysical Survey and Pothole <br /> Investigation for the Site as part of a due diligence effort conducted for a separate entity interested in <br /> purchasing the Site. Haley&Aldrich understands this other entity is no longer interested in the Site. <br /> Rather,Tracy Parcel Three is now considering development of the Site and would like to conduct a <br /> limited Phase II investigation to evaluate potential impacts to soil and soil gas related to the historical <br /> Site use and potential migration of off-Site impacts. <br /> Limited Phase II Investigation <br /> Haley&Aldrich's Limited Phase 11 Investigation includes the tasks described below. <br />
