Emergency Management <br /> 7.1.1 Emergency Response Plan <br /> A Project Emergency Response Plan must be developed by the AECOM Project Manager for its staff as per the project location <br /> like remote areas, industrial areas, city areas, etc. This plan and any alterations to this plan will be communicated to all AECOM <br /> project staff, subcontractors and visitors. Depending on the duration of the project, AECOM shall perform mock drills <br /> accordingly. <br /> Subcontractors will provide their own Project Emergency Plan to AECOM for review and acceptance. Any alterations to this plan <br /> must be communicated to all parties. Both AECOM and the subcontractor shall perform mock drills periodically in accordance <br /> with the length of the project. <br /> Refer to the AECOM Project Emergency Response Plan (Attachment 1). For additional information on Emergency Response <br /> Planning, please review the Emergency Response Planning procedure, S3AM-010-PR1. <br /> 7.1.2 Emergency Planning <br /> AECOM requires that all projects, plan for reasonably foreseeable emergencies.
