All work performed shall be in <br /> accordance with the final Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and Contract. <br /> Task 6a which entails active soil gas and groundwater sampling will be utilizing a direct <br /> push in the field. In addition, Contractor will conduct Tasks 6b and 6c for only 5 selected <br /> sites contingent upon retrieval of access agreements, and it is imperative for the <br /> Contractor to wait for an email authorization from the DTSC Contract PM indicating which <br /> sites qualified for Tasks 6b and 6c. Contractor will conduct Tasks 9 and 10 for only 5 <br /> selected sites and will wait for an email authorization from the DTSC Contract PM <br /> indicating which sites qualified for Tasks 9 and 10. <br /> II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE WORK ORDER <br /> This Work Order is issued under the authority of Contract No. 22-T5019 between the <br /> Contractor and DTSC. The terms and conditions of the Contract shall govern the <br /> execution of this Work Order and this document shall become part of the Contract upon <br /> issuance. <br /> This Work Order shall be implemented by the Contractor upon receipt of the Work Order <br /> signed by the DTSC Contract Manager, an approved Work Order Approval Form, and a <br /> complete Work Order package in accordance with the requirements and date(s) specified <br /> therein. Work shall be immediately altered upon receipt of a Work Order / Work Order <br /> Amendment issued by the DTSC Contract Manager or Field Order issued by the DTSC <br /> PM. In addition, DTSC, in its sole discretion, may cancel or stop work at any time for any <br /> reason in in writing through a Work Order/Work Order Amendment. The DTSC Contract <br /> Manager will notify the Contractor in writing that the Work Order/Work Order Amendment <br /> has been cancelled or suspended and will authorize payment to the Contractor for actual <br /> work completed to date. <br /> The DTSC Contract Manager, or designee, will supervise and approve all work required <br /> / performed in accordance with this Work Order.
